Chartegy uses artificial intelligence to generate strategy framework content and citations. AI-generated citations and references may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated. You must independently verify all citations, statistics, and references before including them in any academic submission, professional report, or publication. Chartegy accepts no liability for errors in AI-generated content.

Chartegy is an AI-powered tool that generates business strategy frameworks (SWOT, Porter's, PESTEL, BCG, and more) with citations. It's designed as a study aid and starting point for further research, not as a replacement for original work.

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide a valid email address
• Keep your credentials confidential — you're responsible for all activity on your account
• Don't share your account or create multiple accounts to bypass plan limits

We offer Free, Starter, and Pro plans. See current pricing at chartegy.ai/pricing. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and you can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute AI-generated outputs as an original service
• Submit AI-generated content as your own work without disclosure (check your institution's academic honesty policy)
• Use the service to generate harmful or misleading content
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to bypass rate limits

Chartegy uses AI to generate analyses and citations. AI can make mistakes, including fabricated sources, incorrect data, and outdated information. You are responsible for verifying everything before submission. We display this reminder on every analysis for a reason.

Our IP: The Chartegy platform, branding, and codebase are owned by Chartegy. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

Your content: You retain ownership of your inputs. AI-generated output is provided for your personal and educational use, subject to the acceptable use restrictions above.

Chartegy is provided "as is". We're not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content, academic consequences from using AI output, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 3 months.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime by emailing support@chartegy.ai.

We may update these terms and will notify you by email of material changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Chartegy is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith first, and through appropriate legal channels if necessary.
